Shipping your order is our top priority and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours. We kindly ask for your patience during busy periods.

Australian shipping & delivery 

Standard shipping is available for £2.50 and takes 2-7 business days. 

FREE standard shipping is available for all orders over 90. 

 

Express shipping is available for £5 and takes 1-2 business days. 

 

We can deliver your orders to a PO Box, residential or business address. If you are not home, your items will be left in a safe place. 

Please note the £2.50 and £5 shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a refund or exchange. 

 

Delivery times 

Delivery times do not include dispatch times. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note, if you are making a purchase with Afterpay, your items will be dispatched once the payment has cleared. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

International shipping and delivery 

Please note we cannot send international orders to PO Box addresses.

Customs / Tax and currency 

We are not able to calculate local customs and sales tax for international orders. Your local customs authority will notify you once your order has reached your country. They will confirm the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before receiving your items. 

The responsibility for any fees, foreign taxes or customs duties which may be applied will rest with the customer. 

 

All purchases made and delivered within Australia include 10% GST and are exempt from further taxes and custom duties. 

 

All international orders are exempt from Australian taxes, however depending on the final destination, the item may be subjected to taxes and duties by customs of the relevant country.

 

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The conversion rate changes day to day with the current exchange rate. You will be charged in Australian Dollars and the final exchange rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. Banks may charge a small currency conversion fee. 

 

Please note that in order to comply with Australian export laws, we must declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as “merchandise”. By law, it is prohibited to mark the items as a “gift”, even if items are purchased with that intention.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

 

For hygiene reasons fashion tights can not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as per the description.

All queries need to be made within 14 days of delivery.
